Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

USG Law Group LLC ("USG Law Group," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains in plain language what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website, our online forms, our consultation booking calendar, and phone calls and text messages with our office.

Submitting a form, booking a consultation, calling us or texting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. You become a client of the firm only when you and USG Law Group both sign a written agreement.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run this website.

  • Forms. When you fill out a form on this website, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, the general area where you live, the type of help you need and anything you choose to write in your message.
  • Booking. When you book a consultation, we collect the day and time you choose, your contact details and any answers you give in the booking form.
  • Calls and text messages. When you call or text our office, we receive your phone number, the date and time of the call or message, any voicemail you leave and the content of the text messages you exchange with us.
  • Website use. Like most websites, ours automatically receives basic technical information, such as your browser and device type, your approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you visit and how you reached the site.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and contact you about your consultation.
  • To schedule, confirm and remind you of appointments.
  • To check for conflicts of interest and decide whether we can help you.
  • To operate, protect and improve this website, and to understand which pages and ads are useful.
  • To meet our legal and professional obligations.

3. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only in these limited cases:

  • With the attorneys and staff of USG Law Group who need it to help you.
  • With service providers that help us run our website, scheduling, phone, messaging and email systems. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • When we are legally required to do so, for example by a valid court order.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

  • How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages from USG Law Group when you submit a form or book a consultation on this website and check the consent box, when you call our office, or when you send us a text message first.
  • What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to missed calls, and follow-up messages about scheduling your consultation.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your appointment and your conversation with our office.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • How to stop or get help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (301) 744-0458.
  • Your mobile information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the firm.

5. Email

If you give us your email address, we may email you about your request or your consultation. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to the email or calling our office.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels

This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising pixels from social media and search advertising platforms. They help us understand how visitors use the site, measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who have visited the site. Features built into the site, such as the map and the booking calendar, are provided by outside services that may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some features may not work as expected.

7. How we protect and keep your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No website or method of sending information is completely secure, so please share only the details we ask for until you have spoken with our team. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here or as required by our legal and professional recordkeeping duties.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you submitted through this website. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of emails by asking us. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to keep certain records when the law or our professional rules require it.

9. Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
