Every case is different, so we do not post prices online. In your free consultation we review your situation and then give you a clear fee quote in writing. We offer payment plans and financing so you can start without paying everything up front.

What are my chances? Can you guarantee a result?

No honest lawyer can guarantee a result. Decisions are made by USCIS and the immigration courts, not by us. What we can do is review your case carefully, tell you the strengths and risks honestly, and prepare the strongest case possible.

How long will my case take?

It depends on the type of case and on current government processing times. In your consultation we will give you a realistic timeline and tell you what you can do to avoid delays on your side.

What exactly will you do for me?

Before any work begins, we give you a written agreement that lists exactly what is included: which forms, which hearings, which steps. No surprises later.
