USG LAW GROUP LLC

A bilingual team that treats your case like family

USG Law Group is a bilingual immigration law firm in Woodbridge, Virginia. It was built by attorney Marianela Uribe, who came to the United States as an immigrant herself in 2006. She knows what it feels like to start over in a new country, and she built the firm to give families the kind of help she wished more people had: honest, clear and in their own language.

Owner & Lead Attorney

Marianela Uribe is the owner and lead attorney of USG Law Group. Born and educated in Bolivia, she graduated from law school in 1999 and spent six years as in-house counsel for a multinational company before moving to the United States in 2006. She rebuilt her legal career from the ground up in her new country. Marianela holds three LL.M. degrees and earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law in 2019. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2019 and the Virginia Bar in 2026, and has practiced immigration law since 2021. As an immigrant herself, Marianela understands the fear and confusion families feel when facing the immigration system. She is known for explaining every step in plain language, in English or Spanish, and for staying personally involved in each case.
